This one is brought you to by Gabriel Ponti, the creator of the very useful SendTo Toys.
Online TV watching can be fun, but one of the things that can be very distracting to your viewing experience is the content which surrounds the streaming window...including your own browser frame.
Sure, you can switch your browser to theater mode (by pressing [F11]), but sometimes, you just can't get rid of the extra advertisements and other stuff surrounding the streaming content. Fortunately, there is a handy little utility called 'Zorro' that you can use to "black out" the extra crap, leaving a nice window with nothing but video content!
The aptly named Zorro is very simple to use. Open it up, size the window to your preference, then hit [esc] on your keyboard to black out anything that falls outside of the Zorro window frame.
When you want to get back to your extraneous stuff surrounding your video, hit [esc] again.
Zorro features a number of options (I didn't think that I needed anything else!) that can enhance online viewing a bit more, such as making Zorro always appear on top, disabling the screen saver (this is good), activation hotkey and more!I have to say, for a simple little application, it sure does make online TV/video watching much more enjoyable.

Resolution Changer SX2 http://www.stintercorp.com/rc.php
If the movie/video you are trying to view takes up a small portion of the screen, decreasing the resolution/desktop size can help. It can possibly double the size of the video.
